Description
DRAGON QUEST VIII brings the eighth instalment of the series to Android as a full-3D role-playing adventure. After a magician’s treachery leaves a kingdom under a curse, a young soldier sets out on a journey with companions including Yangus, Jessica, and Angelo, amid legends of an ancient sceptre holding fearsome power.
The touch controls support one- or two-handed play, with an adjustable directional pad and options for quick or more involved battles. In combat, Psyche Up raises a character’s tension to strengthen a later attack. Skill points earned on level-up can be assigned to learn spells and abilities and shape your team.
You can scout certain field monsters for a team that can compete in arena tournaments and assist in battle. The Alchemy Pot lets you combine items to create new ones, using recipes found throughout the world. The listing specifies Android 7.0 or higher, though some devices are not supported.
