Set about 30 years before the events of Knight & Dragon III, this hack-and-slash RPG follows knights and others caught up in the Hundred Years’ War between the Lindar Empire and the Kingdom of Langheim. Characters from earlier titles appear in a story that unfolds amid the conflict.
Battles take place in real time, with commands pausing the action while you choose what to do. Build a party of up to six members and use formations and skill chaining to shape your approach. Rare item drops and class changes are part of the game’s RPG systems.
There are eight jobs, including the Beast Tamer and Gladiator, alongside new skills and a renewed world map. The game also includes post-game content, returning characters, and features such as Party Dispatch, Persona functions, and equipment enhancement and customization.
