Description
Outline is a VPN app for connecting to an Outline server. If you have an access key, enter it in the app to get started. Otherwise, set up a server with Outline Manager, which guides you through the process and can create a server on a cloud provider in less than five minutes.
Outline Manager lets you operate your VPN and invite people you choose to use it. Outline uses the Shadowsocks protocol and strong encryption. The project is open source and has been audited by a nonprofit security firm.
