Details for this game
In Samurai II: Vengeance, Daisuke pursues Orochi across a war-scorched countryside, from a seafaring village to a flying fortress and the Isle of the Dead. Combat centers on fast-paced hack-and-slash battles against groups of sword fighters and other enemies, including boss ninjas.
Use the virtual joystick to control the samurai, and adapt to encounters framed by a dynamic camera. Along the way, solve environmental puzzles, avoid traps, and find useful items. RPG elements let you upgrade Daisuke’s health and unlock and improve attack combos. Anime-style comic panels with hand-drawn artwork continue the story between levels, while survival mode challenges you to face waves of enemies for a score.
