Description
TouchDAW is an Android control surface for working with compatible digital audio workstations. It supports mixer and transport controls in named workstations including Cubase, Live, Logic, FL Studio, REAPER and others, as well as basic control-surface functions in applications with standard support. It can also send MIDI Machine Control (MMC).
The app includes general-purpose MIDI tools such as a multitouch keyboard and launchpads, a MIDI mixer, configurable XY-controller pads, and options to link a phone's sensors to MIDI controllers. TouchDAW connects over Wi-Fi using RTP or multicast MIDI, or through supported USB connections. It is a MIDI controller, not an audio player or recorder, and requires some initial PC-side configuration.
